You
For me, the most beautiful thing is to be able to guide you through your yoga class, in which you can feel inside yourself and give yourself time for your physical and mental well-being.
My name is Tatjana, but everyone calls me Tati .
The exercises on the mat are only one part of the yoga teaching. Yoga not only shapes your physical posture, but also your attitude in life. The unity of breathing and movement symbolizes the harmony between the inner and outer world. In my life, this is reflected in the fusion of my passions , which for me go hand in hand.
Because my motto is always
"Diversity instead of simplicity".
My path to yoga
Like many other searching souls, I spent some time in India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training.
The relaxed and at the same time enlivened minds after a shared yoga class seem united. The daily yoga practice is an anchor in the here and now. Teaching yoga courses allows me to live in harmony with my needs.
... to permaculture
Through my culinary curiosity, my path led me through various stages to permaculture.
The process from seed to the vegetables that end up on our plates is fascinating. Permaculture offers a concept to make this process sustainable. During my training as a permaculture designer, I was able to learn and experience how this design method is applied on a large and small scale. Every new project is a valuable experience in dancing with nature.
I believe that
living wholeheartedly is an important step in solving the problems of our time.
Every transformation begins with oneself.
Life offers many gifts, each of us discovering a space where we find expression and meaning, along with our goals and ambitions. For me, that space is Yoga. This practice involves my whole being, tapping into my inner and spiritual energy, and exploring different dimensions. Through Yoga, I experience the beauty of bodily realignment in Asanas, the depth of breath in Pranayama, and the heart-filling practice of Bhakti Yoga.
YOGA = PEACE OF MIND
Yoga has presented me with unlimited possibilities, slowly shaping my life into what I truly desire and helping both myself and others. After years of practice with experienced teachers from around the world, I'm excited to share the insights I've gained through hard work and study. My teachings come directly from Hatha Yoga traditions, occasionally blended with biomechanics and conditioning practices I've learned in the West.
My teaching is primarily Asana-based. I strive to create a space where our intelligence can flow through our bodies, awakening body awareness. This awareness serves as a doorway to change, understanding, and personal evolution. My classes emphasize this principle of awareness, offering varied directions and explorations, always grounded in understanding. I believe in progressing slowly and mindfully rather than doing without knowing how. That's why I focus on gradual progressions, ensuring that learning is deep and sustainable.
Breath and meditation are integral to my practice, as they form the foundation that makes Yoga more than just a physical exercise. They are gateways for expanding consciousness and exploring different aspects of ourselves.
Yoga is a vast subject that addresses various needs. Here are some of the branches I incorporate into my practice and teaching:
