Welcome to Im Hier und Jetzt

This is more than a Shala.
It is a space to arrive, to breathe, and to grow.

Rooted in tradition, inspired by nature, and guided by awareness, our shala is a place where yoga is lived, not performed. We believe in depth over trend, presence over pressure, and individuality over uniformity.

Here, strength and softness meet.
Movement meets stillness.
And you are invited exactly as you are.

Welcome home.

My teaching is rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and enriched by modern biomechanics and functional movement science.

This combination allows for a practice that is both traditional and intelligently adapted to the needs of contemporary bodies.

Classes are primarily asana-based, but never mechanical. I guide you toward embodied awareness, where intelligence flows through movement. Instead of rushing into shapes, we build them step by step. Sustainable growth takes time, and the body responds best to patience and precision.

Breath and meditation are essential elements of my teaching. They transform yoga from exercise into a tool for regulation, clarity, and deeper self-understanding.

Life offers many paths. Sooner or later, each of us finds a space where expression, meaning, and direction come together.

For me, that space is yoga.

Yoga is not just something I practice. It is the foundation of how I live. It engages the whole being, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through asana, the body realigns and grows stronger. Through pranayama, the breath deepens and steadies the mind. Through bhakti, the heart opens.

For me, yoga leads to one essential experience: inner peace.

Over the years, this practice has shaped my life step by step. It has given me clarity, resilience, and purpose. Today, I share this path with others, supporting them in building strength, awareness, and lasting balance in their own lives.

"This is yoga for real life.
Grounded. Conscious. Transformative."

I am Tati – a yoga teacher, a nature lover, and someone who believes that true transformation begins within.

For me, yoga is a path to finding inner peace. It's not just about exercises on the mat – although I love those too :) – but about mindfulness, connection, and inner balance. In my classes, I invite you to take time for yourself, to feel your body, and to give your mind space.

Yoga with me can be powerful and challenging at times, or very calm, meditative and relaxing – depending on what you need.

My yoga journey began in India – with teachers like Usha Devi, who profoundly influenced me. Even today, I regularly return there to give new impetus to my own practice.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll often find me in the garden.
Permaculture is my second great passion. Whether on the yoga mat or with my hands in the soil , I love mindfully guiding processes and creating spaces where growth is possible.

My stance? Diversity instead of uniformity.
Because everything is interconnected – body, mind, and nature.
